We offer tuition for individuals of all ages, groups or families with all range of abilities, from beginners to advanced with single or double-handled rods. These can be catered for on both an hourly and a daily rate.

Beginner’s fly fishing sessions in Devon
These include: introduction to the tackle and how to assemble it. Overhead and roll casting, fishing methods, flies and presentation, knots, entomology, water craft and etiquette as well as covering the aspect of safety. The session will include supervised fishing with the chance of catching a fish.
After a tuition session, a beginner will have sufficient knowledge to progress further and the more experienced will have improved their fly fishing techniques. You will be advised on how to build on what you have learnt to further improve and develop your fly casting and fly fishing capabilities.
Advanced fly fishing sessions in Devon
This gives the more advanced anglers a chance to develop and improve their skills. Such as learning more advanced casting techniques, getting more distance by using the double haul, getting more distance with the roll cast, spey and snake roll cast, and just simply trying to stop those old bad habits, sessions will be arranged accordingly, on your own water if desire.

enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the great English countryside with the excitement of boat fishing for rainbow trout on Wimbleball Reservoir set in the stunning scenery of Exmoor.
Experience the fun and thrill of salt-water fly-fishing for Bass and other species off the beautiful beaches and rocky coastline of Devon and Cornwall. The fly-fishing event will provide an ideal environment for your group to relax, enjoy themselves, learn new skills and work as a team.
The whole day will be organised for you, with a light lunch and refreshments provided, with as much tuition provided as neccessary to individuals, groups and families, enabling you to truly relax and enjoy the whole days experience. The events can however, be planned and organised to suit individual requirements. The events will usually take place on a small stocked still water set in beautiful surroundings, other locations such as river, fishing from a well-known country hotel, or boat fishing on a large Exmoor Lake.
All tackle and equipment can be provided, but you will have to come equipped with your own clothing and footwear. There will be fully qualified instructors who can assist with casting and fishing, give advise and answer any questions you may have.
